For nearly 30 years in the HR business as active HR expert with extensive experience as general manager in the personnel department of Dresdner Bank AG (in Germany and abroad - USA), as Global HR Director at Germanischer Lloyd and later as HR Interim Manager in globally operating corporations. HR Generalist responsible for up to 45 employees in the various HR departments with some focus on pensions, Mergers & Acquisitions, works council cooperation, introduction of HR tools in many facets, recruiting of executives, Payroll etc.. In addition, often responsible for the adjacent business areas such as facility management and Logistics.
